The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Lorenzo, who arranged a last-minute taxi for us at a great price and provided fantastic local insights.
The shower was quite small, which might be uncomfortable for larger guests, limiting the overall bathroom experience.

Great location for visiting religious sites nearby.
The shower was uncomfortably small, making it difficult to move. Additionally, breakfast options were limited, lacking in variety. I experienced a lack of internet access in the room, which was inconvenient during my stay.

Couple's unforgettable stay
We used the taxi service to visit the Cave of St Michael the Archangel and the driver was so informative , shared great stories about the area. Breakfast was an experience itself, fresh croissants and strong coffee every morning made us feel right at home.
Wasn’t the cheapest option, but worth every penny.

A bold move that proved rewarding!
The location is ideal for visiting the Sanctuary, significantly easing travel amidst the hills. Rooms were impeccably clean with excellent coffee to kickstart each day. Not to mention, the staff's helpful nature turned challenges into delightful experiences. The minor shower size discomfort was outweighed by the outstanding service providing an enriching stay.

San Pio is conveniently located within 10 minutes walking distance from the Father Pio Shrine, making it ideal for pilgrims. The front desk staff, particularly Pierre, provided exceptional customer service and communicated effectively in English. The room was clean, spacious, and well-furnished, enhancing our stay significantly. Coffee served at breakfast was particularly delightful, and the attentiveness of the staff was remarkable.
The shower size was quite narrow.

The hotel's location made our Padre Pio visit easy, and we especially appreciated the helpful staff who arranged our taxi to local attractions like Michael's Cave.
In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast options could be improved for families.

The double room was very comfortable and well-equipped, providing a perfect base for our explorations. Breakfast included delightful Tuscan bread and excellent coffee, setting a great tone for the day. However, peace was often disrupted by children playing in the corridors, which made some restful moments difficult. Additionally, the staff could improve by reminding guests of this etiquette for a more tranquil environment.

The bed was super comfy, and having extra pillows was a nice touch! I spent some time relaxing at the lounge and enjoyed a great movie in the leisure room. The bathroom was a little snug, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience at all. Definitely try to book a meal at the nearby restaurant for a nice discount! 😊
